Happy Mother's Day!
We have Open Houses scheduled:
Thursday, May 15, 6:00-8:00 pm
Tuesday, May 27, 6:00-8:00 pm
As we move into our final stretch, I just wanted to mention that although the weather is tempting us to stay home and as all the summer sports such as soccer, softball, etc., have just begun, it is imperative to attend class each week. We are nearing the end of the season and the teachers are diligently finishing and cleaning each routine for our year end performance. We appreciate good attendance to help each group look their best at recital time. The countdown till show day has begun!
Some costumes have arrived. Costume balances have been posted to your account. Students have/will be trying on their costumes in class as the costumes arrive. The students will need to make sure they have a leotard and tights on so that we can slip the costumes on without going to the restroom. There is not enough time or space to allow each student to use the restroom to try on the costumes. If they are unable to try on during class, we will contact you to bring them in for an appointment.
Costumes will be available for pick up Monday, June 2nd. At that time all balances should be paid in full on the costumes and your June tuition will be due at time of pick up.
Recital Information
A recital packet will be handed out this month with important information regarding your recital day and time.
The recital will be returning to Liverpool High School on Wetzel Road in Liverpool.
Recital day is June 21st. So you may plan ahead,
- Monday evening class will have dress rehearsal and photos on June 16th
- Saturday morning classes will rehearse and take photos on June 17th
- Wednesday evening class will rehearse and take photos on June 18th
Please limit guests accompanying your dancer to rehearsal to 1-2. The dress rehearsal is a closed rehearsal.
Recital: Each class will be assigned to one performance on Saturday.
- Saturday classes will be in the 10:00 am performance
- Monday classes will be in the 1:00 pm performance
- Wednesday classes will be in the 4:00 pm performance
- Adult classes will perform in the 1:00 pm performance
There is NO limit to the number of guests that can attend the performance! More details will be provided in your recital packet.
In each recital packet, you will receive a list with the color tights needed for each of your classes. A pre-order form will be attached and you will be able to pre-order your tights and have them ready for pick up when you pick up your costume.

On each dance account there will be a $35 recital fee charged. This recital fee will provide you 2 tickets per family (not per dancer) to enter a single performance, cover the cost of a videographer, copy of the performance and expenses for use of the high school. Additional tickets will be available for purchase Monday, June 2nd. Cost of tickets are: $18 single show (age 3 and up) $25 for a multiple show pass (age 3 and up) Dancers and children 2 and under are free.

Meeting
Open registration to join our comp team for the 2025- 2026 season will be held on Thursday, May 29th at 6:30 pm at the studio.
We invite those interested to join the meeting to discuss team opportunities and requirements. If you are interested in the team, we would love to see you at the meeting. Unable to attend, please email us at

For the best possible learning experience, please attend class weekly and on time. Keep absences to a minimum for optimal learning. Classes cancelled due to weather or illness are non-refundable. No Make-up classes will be available; you will not be able to attend another class to make up a missed class for any reason. No refund for a missed class. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Summer Schedule
Our summer dance schedule is ready and additional copies can be picked up at the front desk or request one by emailing cmcdance@verizon.net. We have some great programs for the students during the summer and hope you can join us. Reserve your space today.
Recital T-Shirt Pre-Order
Pre-Order forms will be in the recital packet that will be handed out in class in the next week or so. They will be delivered by recital day and are preorder ONLY. We sell out each year, so don’t miss out on the order as this is the first and last order for these shirts. Each shirt has the recital theme on the front and all students and teachers for the 2024-2025 season listed on the back. Fill out the t-shirt order form and return it to the office by the due date listed. They make a great recital gift for your dancer!
Fall Registration
Pre-registration for Fall is going on now. Register now and registration to hold your spot for Fall is only $15. Pre-registration ends June 21, 2025.
Open House
SPREAD THE WORD!
Our annual Open Houses are scheduled as follows:
- Thursday, 5/15 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm
- Tuesday, 5/27 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Waiting Area / Parking Lot
Our waiting area is open for all family and friends waiting for dancers while in class. We ask that if you bring food in, you clean up your trash and put it in the trash receptacles before leaving. We also ask that you do not allow the children to practice, do acro tricks or run in the lobby. The floors are wet and slippery this time of year. TV monitors are on for your convenience to view classes, however, they go out from time to time because of internet interruption or loss of power. We apologize for the inconvenience.
While driving in and out of our parking lot please use caution. PLEASE STOP AT THE STOP SIGN BEFORE DRIVING TO THE BACK OF THE PARKING LOT. Always drive slowly and watch for students between cars going into and exiting the building. Do not park or wait in front of the main entrance at any time. The flow of the parking lot is one way. Please park and when you see your student exit the building drive around for pick up or we advise walking to the door to assist them to your vehicle. It is imperative that we keep the flow of the parking lot moving. We appreciate your help and cooperation to keep the parking lot as safe as possible.

CMC Dance Shoppe
We have a dance apparel shoppe on the premises. The shoppe is located inside the studio off of the waiting room for added convenience. We carry all the necessary items needed for class and many new items in stock ready to purchase. The dance shoppe is open during business hours:
Monday, 5:00 pm-8:00 pm
Wednesday, 5:00 pm-8:00 pm
Saturday, 9:00 am-12:00 pm
If you know your shoe size you may order through the online app and have the items shipped to your home or ready for pick up when you arrive. Check us out online. Please contact the office at 315.699.2355 with any questions.
